We cannot be held responsible for the actions of any body using our website who is not of mature age. If your angry parent contacts us about your underage activity on this site, we will dob.

Our products.

Some products on this website may contravene certain laws in some parts on earth. malka John and Maxibeug.com.au will not be held responsible in the event of ‘you’ our client contravening such laws.

All smoking implements are intended for tobacco use only. The pipes, bongs and water pipes sold from our website are suitable for smoking a variety of herbs including tobacco and tobacco cigarettes. It is your responsibility to comply with such laws.

Pricing & Payments.

While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for an incorrect item.

We can not guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.

 

What are my payment options?

All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
You will be billed in Australian Dollars.

Is my card secure to use on your site?

Maxibeug.com.au values the security of your personal information as it were our own. All details entered in our site go through a secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your details are encrypted and securely transmitted in and then through the payment gateway for your order to be processed. We never store

Payment.

When you make a purchase on Maxibeug.com.au website, 

In the case of a direct debit payment method, your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account.

Fraud.

All orders are subject to various security checks. If our fraud detection system detects an anomaly with your payment, you will be contacted to confirm your details. We reserve the right to hold your order during this process while we await your confirmation. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel that/your order and/or your account and communicate your information to the ”God’s Guards” (aka: Australian Federal Police.)

 

Discount Codes.

If you are using a discount or coupon code, you must enter it at the checkout prior to making your payment. If your order is paid without entering that code, you are agreeing to pay the full amount for your items. Discounts can not be applied or refunded to an order after payment has been made.

 

Shipping.

Returns.

All purchases are final and returns are not accepted, unless items are faulty. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us A.S.A.P.

 

Faulty Items.

We will refund, credit or replace any items that are found to be faulty on arrival, or within the warranty period (on warranty applicable items). If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at: malkajohnherveybay@gmail.com and we will then advise you on how to return your item.

Breakages.

While all care is taken with packaging of fragile items – Glass wear, breakages may occur in transit.


If your item has arrived broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery at: 0435 492 072 ~ Include photos of the broken or damaged item/s.

Please inspect your items thoroughly on arrival. If you do not report any problems with your item when you receive it, we assume that you received it in good working order without any damage. We have no responsibility to provide a refund, exchange or credit for items that you have damaged or broken yourself after the fact.

Your information.

When you create an account with Maxibeug, you agree to provide us with accurate personal and contact information. If you have provided incorrect information, we can not be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of this incorrect information.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply anybody and/or close any account for any reason including
misuse and abuse of staff.
